Location is fantastic, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar. Every staff member we came across were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even explaining where everything was at breakfast even though it was labelled We ate at Wren for breakfast on our second morning and there was a good selection of hot and cold food and a great atmosphere too! The room itself was bigger than I thought it was going to be, I booked the Cosy Nest which was cosy but adequate space for 2 people and our luggage. The rooms are well thought out and set up, good tv channels and an informative welcome Information all payed out on the tv. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Dublin.

We were so surprised at the quality of the food at breakfast! We decided to book dinner the following night! It did not disappoint. We had the fish chowder, Duck wings to start followed by the beetroot Risotto and Chicken curry. Beautiful wines all organic and high end. Excellent value for money and good service by Allen. For us the staff here are a highlight all of which we encountered were delightful! However the star of the show was Shannon the breakfast hostess. Shannon was professional and on top of everything she even remembered how we like coffee in the mornings. Ariane was so sweet as well. A great stay and concept THANK YOU.

The Wren is in a great location in Dublin’s city centre. It is a little hard to locate the first time as it is tucked away in an odd little corner by a car park. Walking distance to everything! Staff is very gracious, taking my luggage before room was ready on an early morning arrival, then having me return before established check-in time as they fast-tracked room prep. They responded promptly to emails about a special request. Yes, room is quite compact, but was here for a week-long event with constant activities so room perfect for a place to crash and shower.

I couldn’t wait to get home to write about this property! It was perfect for a solo traveler at an affordable price in the heart of the city .Everything in their description is spot on. That is, the oh so quiet room that could be darkened with black out curtains made for the perfect sleeping nest. And like a nest , it was small but my room was perfect for solo travels. There were luxurious touches everywhere . We even noticed the quality of the toilet paper!

Wonderful location in the very centre of everything. I loved the hotel decor. My room was even better than expected, very cosy & well laid out, with everything I needed. Despite the central location, there was no city noise. Highly recommended for city trips.
